Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age: 12-16 years 2. Gender: Male and Female both 3. Those able to understand English Language 4. Students willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Congenital deformities 2. Severe cardio-respiratory, orthopaedic and neurological conditions 3. Inability to comprehend commands 4. History of any kind of major surgery within last 3 months.
