Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Newly diagnosed diabetic patients of age group in between 40 to 70 yrs 2)patient of any gender ,religion and socio-economic status 3)patients having signs and symptoms of prameha 4)blood sugar level(fasting-126 to 160 mg/dl)(post prandial-160 to 250 mg/dl) 5)hba1c-6.5-9%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: known case of type-1 diabets mellitus patint on insulin or steroid treatment patint with any other known systemic disorder pregnant women and lactating mothers
