Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with the classical sign and symptoms of Vipadika Kustha. 2.Patients 18 years to 60 years of age will be included. 3.Patients will be selected irrespective of gender, caste, occupation, socio-economic status. 4.Patients willing to give written informed consent and follow up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Individual with other dermatological conditions. 2.Patient with other systemic disorders like DM, Hepatitis-B, HIV, Tuberculosis, Carcinoma etc. 3.Pregnant or breast feeding women. 4.Individual with known allergies or sensitivities to the proposed treatment substances.

1.To compare the efficacy of Nimba Beeja Taila and Unmatta Taila in the management of Vipadika in the terms of change in Ayurvedic Symptom Score before and after intervention, i.e. between day 0 to day 30. Timepoint: 30 days

1.To assess the change in Dermatology life Quality index (DLQI) before and after intervention.Timepoint: 30 days
