Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with Rheumatoid arthritis having pulmonary complications. (diagnosis will be based on ACR/EULAR criteria using clinical history, examination, immunological investigation, radiological investigations) Healthy age and gender matched volunteers without any pulmonary disease, systemic illness or connective tissue disorders.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pulmonary manifestations which are not attributable to Rheumatoid arthritis. Refusal of consent for participation
