Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Tracheostomized Gag reflex and cough reflex present No clinical evidence of aspiration pneumonitis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of prior airway surgery Presence of painful conditions which make ultrasonography difficult and uncomfortable

1. Correlation between airway endoscopic examination and ultrasonography in the assessment of vocal cord mobility. 2. Correlation between airway endoscopic examination and ultrasonography in the assessment of subglottic airway patency. 3. Correlation between airway endoscopic examination and ultrasonography in the assessment of tracheal airway patency. 4. Correlation between airway endoscopic examination and ultrasonography in the assessment of supraglottic airway patency. Timepoint: Baseline, Day 2
