Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients operated for flap surgery of soft tissue composite lower extremity defects from January 2020 to January 2025. Those who give consent for the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who did not give consent for the study.

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Patients will be divided into two groups as free ?aps (Group 1) and locoregional ?aps (Group 2). These two groups of patients will be analysed and compared according to - Age, - Etiology, - Size and localization of the defects, - Time since etiology to surgery, - Doppler report, - Flap complication scores, - Duration of operations, - Hospitalization, - Early and late infections.Timepoint: At 3, 6, 12 months	—
