Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Adult (=18 years old) patients (2)Scheduled for surgical procedures requiring placement of double lumen tubes
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Preexisting laryngeal injury/disease (2) Patients with preexisting recurrent laryngeal nerve injuries. (3) Patients intubated for more than or equal to 24 hours in last 6 months. (4) Non cooperative and not willing to participate in the study to undergo stroboscopy.
