Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Taekwondo players. Both Male and Female. Age group 18 to 25years. Participants who are willing to participate. Participants fulfilling PAR Q+

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any type of systemic illness. Any recent surgical and medical history. Any type of acute injuries
