Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 60 and above Patient with Mild cognitive impairment with CDR score 1 or below Participant who provides written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Inability to comply with Ayurvedic intervention due to any reason. Rapid disease progression as judged by treating geriatrician. Patients deemed medically unfit by the geriatrician due to other acute or chronic illness. Refusal or inability to provide written consent.
