Inclusion criteria: All patients undergoing bone marrow testing in the oncology departments All doctors who perform the bone marrow procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are not willing to fill questionnaire PAtients with psychiatric issues Patients with allergy to analgesic medications Pregnant patients
