Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cancer patients in ICU Patients who are on Nothing By Mouth (NBM) Patients who stays >=24hrs in ICU Patients whose TI or TD score of >= 3 Patients who provide consent form Patients whose attenders provide assent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients having any oral cancers Patients who are in critical condition Patients who are not willing to participate
