Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20 – 45 years of either gender / economic background / work class 2. PSQI scale score 8 – 21 3. Sleep difficulty occurs at least 3 times per week and has been a problem for at least 1 month.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. K/C/O any other psychiatric disorder. 2. K/C/O any other uncontrolled systemic disorder. 3. Under treatment of immune compromised drugs. 4. Pregnant and lactating.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To assess the effect of Mansyadi kashay in Nidranasha.Timepoint: The study will be conducted for 45 days. Follow up- day 0,day 15,day 30.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.To assess the effect of Mansyadi kashay on objective parameters e.g. PSQI 2.To conceptualize the Samprapti of Nidranasha & established probable mode of action of Mansyadi kashay. Timepoint: The study will be conducted for 45 days. Follow up- day 0,day 15,day 30
