Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients posted for below knee surgeries 18 to 60 years of age ASA physical status I, II, III all gender Consenting patient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known allergy to local anaesthetics Patient refusal Contraindications to regional anaesthesia (bleeding diathesis, use of any anti-coagulants, in patients having neurologic or neuromuscular disease) Local site infection ASA IV and above
