Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 65 years and above attending OPD Patient diagnosed with Sarcopenia (Asian working group society) Provision of informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Critically ill to undergo a detailed evaluation process Contraindication for CPET Failure to achieve at least a single follow-up examination Conditions which can affect follow-up like Advanced dementia Stroke with poor functional status Marked impairment of Activities of daily living (ADL)
