Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient admitted under Department of Paediatrics and aged between 11 and 18 years with any chronic systemic illness (duration more than 6 weeks for example Type 1 diabetes mellitus, nephrotic syndrome, thalassemia, asthma, SLE etc.)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose attendants have not given written consent for participating in this study. 2. Patients previously diagnosed with a DSM V diagnosis such as (Intellectual and developmental disabilities, Global developmental delay, Autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, psychosis, depression and anxiety.)
