Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age group 20-60 years. Cases diagnosed as per ICD10 as depressive disorder Cases with minimum one year follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those with a history of mania or hypomania. Cases with less than one year follow up
