Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with Primary hypothyroidism. Patients with BMI <= 34.9. Patients with irregular menstrual cycle. Patients with use of conventional medication for Primary hypothyroidism. Patients who are willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who are diagnosed with Secondary hypothyroidism. Patients with any acute conditions like appendicitis. Patients with severe liver conditions. Women during pregnancy and menstruation. Patient who are allergic to Castor oil.

Thyroid function testTimepoint: Thyroid function test- T3 and T4 and TSH will be measured in laboratory at baseline and after 6 weeks of intervention for both the groups.
