Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male long-distance Runners. Between the ages of 20 to 30. Chronic IT band syndrome.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent operation. Unhealed fractures in the lower limbs neurological conditions. bone illnesses
