Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants of all gender , aged 19-30 yrs. and willing to participate. Participants who have played in a district tournament in the past 2 years. Participants who have been playing since at least 3 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with any musculoskeletal injuries preventing the participants from participation in last 6 months. Any diagnostic cases of neurological conditions and cardiovascular condition will be excluded.
