Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Healthy male, semen concentration of 20 million per mL or more and at least 50 percent motility 2.Correct collection method

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Incorrect method : intercourse and condom used, spermicidal lubricant used 2.Abnormal semen analysis 3.Semen delivered to the laboratory for more than 1 hour
