Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient undergoing lower limb surgeries ASA physical status 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient having local pathology at the site of intrathecal block patient with coagulation disorder history of known sensitivity to study drugs

MeasureTime frame
The study shall help determine which of the two combinations is better in providing prolonged and uninterrupted post operative analgesiaTimepoint: The hemodynamic parameters (HR, NIBP, MAP) and Oxygen Saturation (SpO2) shall be recorded at Baseline, 3,10, 15, 30, 45, 60, 75, 95, 110, 125, 150, 180 minutes

MeasureTime frame
to study side effects & hemodyanamic changesTimepoint: VAS Score shall be recorded at two hourly for first 6 hour & then four hourly in a 24 hour assessment period.
