Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Persons of age 30 years and above with diagnosed diabetes for at least 6months, of both genders in Urban Jodhpur, Rajasthan. The ability to understand written or spoken Hindi/English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with known cognitive impairment and psychotic disorders. Patients who have unstable or life-threatening conditions such as significant renal disease, hepatic disease or other disease that impairs ability to complete the study or follow study protocol.
