Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both male and female cricket players of Under-21 will be recruited. Participants who are regularly playing cricket for at least 2 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with a history of any musculoskeletal injury as these may affect their current mobility and stability levels in last 6 months. Participants with any major or minor surgery of shoulder, abdomen and spine in last 6 months.
