Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Married female patients of age 19-40 years Regular menstrual cycle . If any one of the criteria present in Applebaum uterine scoring system as follows included in the clinical trial 1.Endometrial thickness is less than 10mm on 21th day of menstruation. 2.Endometrial layering - no layering or hazy 3.Endometrial motion less than 3 contraction in 2 min 4.Myometrial echogenicity is inhomogenous or coarse 5.Uterine artery doppler flow P.I greater than 2.2 6.Endometrial blood flow within zone 3-Sparse or absent. 7.Myometrial blood flow on gray scale is absent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants have a major systemic illness like DM-Hypertension Active genital tract infection CA of the genital tract HIV Syphilis Hepatitis B Hepatitis C Uterine anomalies like fibroid-polyp-arcuate uterus- septate uterus-didelphus

To determine the effect on enhancement of endometrial receptivity between the oral administration of Dadimadi Ghrita and Uttaravasti when compared to oral administration of Dadimadi Ghrita in females patients with infertility by Applebaum uterine scoring system for 3 months Timepoint: day 0,1month,2 month,3 months and follow up for 1 month
