Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patient fulfills the subjective and objective criteria of Sthaulya. 2. patient between the range of Age: 18 to 60 years. 3. patient who confirms BMI >25. 4. patient having Waist circumference â?? Men >90 cm and Women >88 cm 5 Subject having Waistâ??hip ratio: Men >0.95 and Women >0.85 Patient willing to participate in the research and to sign the written informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient with age below 18 years and above 60 years. 2.Patient is Pregnant ladies and Lactating women. 3. Patient suffering from systemic diseases like Ischemic heart disease, malignant Hypertension, AIDS, Renal disease, Hyperacidity, and Neurological diseases were excluded. 4. patient with Morbid Obesity BMIË? 40.
