Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18-80 yrs All patients willing to give informed and written consent Patients with probe to bone test positive
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Thrombocytopenia (platelet count less than 100,000/mL or other platelet disorders) Patient not willing to give consent Patients less than 18 and more than 80yrs of age Shallow ulcers, Traumatic ulcer Other cause of infection and inflammation present like AFI Charcots joint Current use of chemotherapy or radiotherapy
