Intervention1: Anahata chakra meditation: The study group will be instructed to practice Anahata chakra meditation for 15 minutes per day for 5 days in a week for the period of 2 weeks.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Study participants who have scored perceived stress scale score of more than 15. Patients with Diabetes, Obesity, Hypertension
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Study participants who have spinal deformity Patients with psychiatric comorbidities
