Inclusion criteria: Upper and lower respiratory tract infection Rhinitis Nasobronchial allergy Breathing difficulty Dry cough or cough with phlegm Sore throat

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children below 3 years High grade fever Severe asthma Whooping cough Pneumonia Tuberculosis Empyema Paroxysmal noctural dyspnea
