Inclusion criteria: Adult patients requiring emergency intubation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with suspected difficult airway 2. Patients with any pathology of oral cavity that could obstruct insertion of device 3. Mouth opening less than 18mm 4. Cervical spine injury
