Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Special health care needs children in the age group of 7 to 13 years (Both males and Females). 2.Participants who had not received any antibiotic agent or professional fluoride therapy within the last month. 3.Children with active carious lesions. 4.Children willing to participate in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with habitual use of dairy probiotics or xylitol chewing gums 2. Those who have severe debilitating condition 3. Children not willing to or able to cooperate
