Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of either gender more than 18 years of age Patients undergoing Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting. Patients having at least one arterial graft.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Aneurysm in coronary blood vessels. No arterial graft used in Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting. Accompanying valvular and other cardiac surgery and any surgery needing delivery of cardioplegia. Any contraindication for insertion of TEE probe. Patients on IABP since pre op. Redo Coronary artery bypass grafting
