Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age group of 25-45 years 2. Apparently Healthy individual 3. subjects with stage-II periodontitis 5. Should have at least 20 permanent teeth 6. Patient who are willing to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy or lactating females. 2. Any form of Tobacco usage. 3. History of previous periodontal surgery. 4. Patients with a history of allergy to local anesthesia or any of its components,
