Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: stage 2 frozen shoulder type 2 diabetes mellitus duration more than 2 years less than 50 percent of restriction in Active ROM especially external rotation and abduction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous shoulder surgery Fractures Dislocation Minor trauma Shoulder impingement Neurological disorders chronic cervico brachial pain symptoms upper extremity abnormalities and deformities shoulder pain of cevical origin

1) Cross sectional area measurement(morphology of shoulder muscle of participants using Ultrasound scan) Timepoint: Pre (at the starting of 1st week) before starting intervention and Post (at the end of 6th week) after completion of intervention
