Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants screened and diagnosed with chronic rhinosinusitis by the ENT Department of all gender aged between 19 to 50 years. 2.Willing to participate in the study .

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Participants with Tumors in the head/neck region 2.Anaesthetic areas- i.e. loss of sensation 3.Implants( dental implants) in and around the area of treatment 4.Allergic skin, known allergies to erythromycin and fusidic acid
