Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Fasting Blood Sugar level- 100mg per dl to 125mg per dl -Post Prandial Blood Sugar level- 140mg per dl to 199mg per dl -HbA1C level - 5.7% to 6.4% -BMI Range- 25.0-29.9

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participants who are below age 35yr and above age 55yr will not be considered. Fasting Blood Sugar level - below 100mg per dl and above 125mg per dl Post Prandial Blood Sugar level - below 140mg per dl and above 199mg per dl HbA1c level below 5.7% and above 6.4% BMI Range- below 25.0 and above 29.9 Any history of psychiatric or other psychosomatic disorders. Pregnant women and Lactating women are excluded. Patients suffering from any severe systemic disease and infectious diseases. Acholic patient will not be considered.
