Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Critically ill patient who is on Enteral Feed 2. Low GCS score, EMV score 3 and more

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Intestinal mal absorption disorders like colitis, IBS etc 2. Patients who is having Cardiac Arrhythmia

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To check early improvement in conscious level with the help of glasgow coma scale (GCS)Timepoint: Till 3 weeks to 1 month, till patient gets improved GCS score

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To check if there is early weaning of ventilatorTimepoint: 2 to 3 weeks
