Intervention1: sarsaparilla officinalis: sarsaparilla officinalis mother tincture 5 drops 3 time daily for 3 weeks/various potencies will be given in 3 doses weekly for 3 weeks Control Intervention1:

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of urolithiasis diagnosed by ultrasonogram (KUB) Age group from 20 - 60 years of both sexes Size of the stone up to 12mm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cases with impacted stone or with stag horn calculi Patients with severe illnesses or end-stage diseases like malignancies. Gross developmental or structural abnormalities of the urinary system Cases with moderate or severe hydronephrosis

MeasureTime frame
Each case will be reviewed at 2 to 3 weeks interval changes in intensity of pain will be evaluated by changes in VAS score after homoeopathic medicine Reduction in size of kidney stone will be assessed using abdominal ultrasonography before and after homoeopathic medicine sarsaparilla and individualized homoeopathic medicine Timepoint: 6 months
