Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with Classical signs and symptoms of Prameha and Madhumeha and Fasting Plasma Glucose (FPG) level =140 mg/dl and/or 2-hour (Postprandial) Plasma Glucose level =180 mg/dl.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient’s age is below 30 years and above 60 years. 2.Patients with T2DM who are insulin dependent and with severe diabetic complications like cardiovascular diseases, nephropathy and retinopathy. 3.Patients of Diabetes mellitus Type – 1 (Juvenile Diabetes). 4.Patient having any other known malignancies or any other serious illness. 5.Pregnant and lactating women.
