Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants with fissures, fistula, hemorrhoids and hernia. Participants suffering from systemic, metabolic and musculoskeletal disorders. Participants with any medication. Women during Menstruation and pregnancy.
