Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients between 30 to 60 years of age. HbA1c more than 6.5 and less than 10. patients ready to sign the written consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient age below 30 and above 60 years. HbA1c more than 10%. patients not willing to sign written consent form.
