Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients on oral anti-diabetic medication with fasting blood glucose greater than 126 mg/dL and HbA1C greater than 6.5 % (48 mmol/mol)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with history of angina, ketoacidosis, myocardial infarction and with micro or macrovascular complications and patients with type 1 diabetes mellitus, rhematoid arthritis and spinal deformity will be excluded from this study. Pregnant patients

Homeostatic Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance(HOMA-IR)Timepoint: Homeostatic Model Assessment of Insulin Resistance(HOMA-IR) will be measured before the intervention and after 4 weeks of intervention.
