Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age of 18 years and above. Gestational age of 10-14 weeks. Participants who provided written approval

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Age less than 18 years. 2)Participants with pregestational diabetes or family History of Diabetes mellitus. 3)Participants with chronic diseases and alcohol/tobacco abuse. 4) participants underwent periodontal or antibiotic therapy within 3 months of recruitment
