Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage 18-75 years of age presenting to our hospital

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Patient with traumatic SAH 3. Refusal of consent to participate in the study 4. Patients who have received prior intravenous fluids and previous immediate hospital admissions

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcome is hospital acquired infections diagnosed and defined based on CDC CriteriaTimepoint: All recruited patients will be followed up till he/she gets discharged from the hospital or till their deaths. On an average patient will stay hospitalised for 2 weeks.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes like Length of hospital stay & Mortality are seenTimepoint: patient will be followed for mortality & Length of hospital stay till his/her discharge from hospital. On an average patient will stay for 2 weeks in the hospital.
