Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with available dental records and CBCT images taken from the implant area. 2. Single or multiple missing tooth space. 3. Presence of any adjacent teeth. 4. Favourable oral hygiene in the examination visit.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Any mucosal disease, such as pemphigus, vulgaris, lichen planus, erythema multiforme, and others. 2. History of opioid and alcohol use. 3. Heavy smokers = 10 cigarettes /day. 4. Uncontrolled metabolic diseases, debilitating disease, pregnancy and lactating women. 5. Any symptom suggestive of implant placement failure, like abscess.

| Guided surgery placement is more accurate than the Non guided surgery placement with least deviation in the planned and placed implant position. Moreover, there could or could not be a deviation in placement of implants in both anterior and posterior regions.
