Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal PAP smear AUB adenomyosis and polyp AUB leiomyoma lesser than 12 weeks size AUB endometrial dysfunction and ovulatory dysfunction

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: AUB leiomyoma greater than 12 weeks size AUB malignancy coagulopathy,iatrogenic Endometrial hyperplasia with atypia AV Malformations

Efficacy, Quality of life ,Sexual,emotional, physical,psychological and general health post levonorgestrel- releasing intrauterine system vs hysterectomyTimepoint: patients with abnormal uterine bleeding who are offered options of Mirena and hysterectomy by the respective clinician will be asked to answer the questionnaire before and 6 months post- procedure in follow up visit
