Inclusion criteria: - All patients admitted to tertiary care centre and teaching hospital in central india, undergoing emergency surgery and willing to give consent for study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patient not ready to give consent for the above study. - ASA score of the patient
