Inclusion criteria: Not breathing or crying at birth

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major congenital heart, CNS or respiratory system anomaly Not giving consent

1. Normal healthy baby 2. Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy stages 1,2,3 3. Death 4. Any other complication of hypoxia. Timepoint: 7days after birth 1 month after birth
