Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sperm count less than 20 million per ml. Married patients between 21 to 50 years of age Patients willing to sign written informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Diagnosed patients of Azoospermia and Aspermia. 2) Patients having history of genetic defects like Klinefelter’s Syndrome. 3) Patients having Hernia, Varicocele, Hypogonadism, Testicular Atrophy, Undescended Testis excluded by clinical examination. 4) Patients having Thyroid dysfunction. 5) Patients with cardiac diseases and chronic renal failure. 6) Patients having uncontrolled diabetes mellitus and Hypertension. 7) Patients who fail to follow up.
