Intervention1: Ultrasound guided Transversus Abdominis Plane Block in laparoscopic Whipples surgery.: In Group T- Patient will receive ultrasound guided transversus abdominis plane block with 20ml 0.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patient age more than 18 years of either gender undergoing elective Whipple surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Allergic to local anesthetic drugs. Patients refusal. Any contraindication to regional anesthesia in presence of antiplatelet , anticoagulant therapy, bleeding issues. Physical and mental which may vague measuring postoperative pain following surgery. Patient with morbid obesity.

To compare the postoperative analgesic effect between bilateral ultrasound guided transversus abdominis block and thoracic epidural in laparoscopic Whipples surgeryTimepoint: VAS at rest and at cough at immediate postoperative ,30 min ,2hour,4,8,12,20,24and 48hours

to compare perioperative hemodynamic stability , need of rescue analgesia , incidence of procedure related complication , no of days of hospital stay of each groupTimepoint: at baseline before block ,after block 1hour,4hours, 8 hours,12hours,12hours,24hours and 48 hours
