Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Tey should be able to understand and comprehend Hindi language. 2.Not currently involve in specialized training or education in time management skills.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any Diagnosed Psychiatric illness. Any Diagnosed severe cognitive impairment
